Event Details
Come start your day with a yoga practice that feels good, moves well, and promotes stress relief. This class is a mix of yoga styles that focuses on body, breath, alignment, and strength building for all levels. A yoga mat is required. Please bring water. Two yoga blocks and blanket are recommended, but not required.
