Celebrate fall with all things pumpkin! We’ll read fun pumpkin stories, sing songs, and then get hands-on exploring real pumpkins through exciting activities.

Join instructor Kristine M. for a gentle yoga practice of chair yoga! Breathwork is combined with movement to enhance flexibility, decrease stress and promote body awareness. Chair yoga is accessible to all ability levels! Please bring water.
