Exercise your brain with different activities such as puzzles, music, and crafts. This program is for people living with a cognitive impairment along with their care partner.

Work on projects, socialize, and share advice. Participants bring their own supplies. There is no registration required for this program.

Join Cathy Pinner as she teaches you how to blend body sculpting techniques and Zumba into one workout. Please bring light weights.
