Event Details

Join us for a welcoming café-style gathering for individuals living with dementia and their family caregivers. Connect, relax, and enjoy a light lunch together. Participants must be accompanied by a family member; drop-offs are not permitted. Sponsored by the Farmingdale Public Library & Willing Hearts, Helping Hands.

Willing Hearts, Helping Hands is offered by Parker Jewish Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation, in cooperation with partnering community organizations, and is funded by a grant from the New York State Department of Health.
