Senior ID Program

The Nassau County Office for the Aging will be here for a presentation, followed by an OFA representative who will create Senior IDs for any senior who needs one.  The event begins with a short overview of the Office for the Aging, including our mission, goals, and the services we provide to eligible residents. Following this presentation, seniors will be able to sign up for and receive Senior IDs. These identification cards contain important information about the individual’s health conditions and their emergency contact information. We encourage senior residents to take part in our event and learn more about how Nassau County can support, uplift, and assist them as they age.
