Fee: $8.00 per person 

Pitmaster Brian Collins will be here to show you foods that are (usually) cooked on the smoker and culminates with a red, white, and blueberry trifle. He will show you how to make coffee-and-pepper marinated steak, a coffee-bourbon sauce, and Mexican street corn.
