Join Carol Hartmann from ADRC for a nutrition seminar with Registered Dietitian Alaina Hoschke, MS, RD, CDN, and Kerri Winans Kaley, CSA, from The Bristal Assisted Living. Learn simple nutrition tips to support energy, immunity, and healthy aging.
