The Community Outreach team is pleased to offer free health screenings in your community by a Catholic Health registered nurse.
Services for adults (18 and older):
Brief cardiac history
blood pressure screening
BMI screening
Simple blood test for cholesterol and glucose
Health education
Referral as needed
Resources for those without insurance
FREE FLU SHOTS AVAILABLE!!!
