Tortellini originated in Emilia Romagna and are filled rings of pasta that are shaped by wrapping the pasta around your finger. Learn how to make a four cheese tortellini that packs a tasty punch with a medley of delicious Italian cheeses. Patrons are asked to bring a large mixing bowl and cutting board to the program. All supplies provided.
