Willing Hearts, Helpful Hands will be hosting an outreach table talking about free services for those at home caring for someone with dementia, or any cognitive decline.
Willing Hearts, Helpful Hands is offered by Parker Jewish Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation, in cooperation with partnering community organizations, and is funded by a grant from the New York State Department of Health.
