Discover the flavors of classic barbecue in this hands-on cooking program. Learn how to prepare Dr. Baker’s famous Cornell Chicken, a Central New York specialty - along with Bob Gibson’s signature white sauce, Eisenhower’s 1956 Bourbon Cowboy Beans, and traditional chow chow. Come hungry and leave happy!
