Fee: $8.00 per person
Join Chef Anthony of co-owner of A Mano Baking Company and the owner of No Bull Beef Jerky for a hands-on demonstration on making high-quality beef jerky at home. The program will cover a variety of preparation techniques and equipment options, including dehydrators, ovens, smokers, and other at-home methods, helping you choose what works best for you. Best of all, attendees will have the opportunity to sample several flavors from No Bull Beef Jerky!
