(Non-Residents will be placed on a waitlist and will be notified one week prior to confirm appointment.)
To make an appointment, please call the Reference Desk at 516-249-9090 ext. 204. Preference given to UFSD #22 residents. Patrons MUST bring last year’s Federal and NYS returns, a Photo ID, and Social Security Card with them to their appointment. If filling a joint return, both parties will need to bring a Photo ID and Social Security Card.
